Delivery Information

Here at Aquasana Europe we strongly believe in providing a high-quality and fast delivery service with our filters. Therefore, we offer free next working day delivery to all Mainland UK customers on orders totalling over £100 as long as the order is received before 14:00 pm. Some Mainland Europe deliveries are also available with a free delivery service, but this along with the speed of delivery will vary depending on location. Delivery Services

In order to deliver your order, we use a range of courier services, including DHL, DPD, Royal Mail and UK Mail. If you would like to request a delivery service or have any enquiries please send an email to support@aquasanaeurope.com.

All orders are dispatched at 14:00 pm on any weekday. Therefore, orders that are processed and received after this time are dispatched the following day. To ensure that we receive your order in time, we recommend placing it by 1:30 to ensure this deadline is met. Any orders placed after 14:00 pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the first working day of the following week.

Alterations & Cancellations

To make alterations to any of the information provided with your order you must contact us as soon as possible at support@aquasanaeurope.com. If you request to make an alteration after the order has been dispatched, additional fees of at least £15 will need to be paid for. However, this fee will vary depending on the value and weight of the product.

Cancellations like alterations must also be made before the product has been dispatched. Any cancellations requested after that point will lead to additional fees, which will vary depending on the value and weight of the item. To keep fees to a minimum please follow all instructions provided by the support team. Any unadvised actions that incur a cost will be charged to your account.  

Delivery Complaints

If the product you have ordered has not been delivered within an expected timescale and there is no evidence of the courier having attempted a delivery, please contact us at support@aquasanaeurope.com. We will then contact the courier on your behalf to discover any reasons for a delay in the delivery process. Please be aware that we have no control over how a courier handles a product after it has left our dispatch centre. However, we will always do our best to provide any help and support we can through instances where the delivery service they provide fails to meet expectations.

Additionally, it is important to note that couriers as part of their service agreements are not required to call customers in advance of delivery. If requested we can provide information requesting for them to do so, but the final decision will be in the hands of the driver delivering the parcel. If you are aware that you won’t be at your home address at a likely delivery time we request that you instead arrange to have the item delivered on a different day or to a different address (Please be aware that address changes will incur a fee). If you choose to have an order delivered to a safe place this is a decision that will leave you responsible should anything happen to it before it can be claimed.
